For our Client, an international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for French or German or Dutch speakers for the position: Customer Care Representative (French or German or Dutch).

The successful Candidates will maintain good relations with customers, interpret the perfect products and solutions for customers, resolve their queries via phone, providing appropriate information regarding product of the company (travel industry).

Candidates need to have excellent written and oral skills in French or German or Dutch and good command of English, be customer focused, enthusiastic with can-do attitude. Candidate need to be able to work pro-actively as part of a team. Previous experience in customer service area will be an asset.
