While working on this position, you need to be customer focused person who is able to deliver high level of customer service. The Candidate must have communication and problem solving skills, ability to work pro-actively as part of a team. The basic job function is to interpret customer needs and provide customer satisfaction by helping them resolve their enquiries, in a manner that will result in the highest levels of customer care and prompt resolution.

The successful Candidate should speak fluent French or German and good English. Experience in customer care would be an asset. The Candidate should have great interpersonal and organization skills, good stress tolerance and should be flexible to work in different hours.
