For our Top Client Qatar Museums Authority from Qatar who is administrator of high class restaurants and hotels (5 stars) we are looking for experienced candidates focused on perfect customer service and having the involvement for the position in Food& Beverage area:

Outlet Manager

Localization: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 10 950 QAR (1 PLN= 1,20 QAR)

Responsibilities:
• Managing all operational aspects of the outlet
• Implementing safety, security and cleanlinessstandards and procedurs
• Managing staff and providing them with feedback
• Keeping and to safeguard all contracts and financial docuemnts
• Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development
• Meeting the outlet financial objectives by forecasting requirements (preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions)
• Controling costs by minimizing waste and spoilage
• Preparing financial reports
• Being responsible for encourage and biult trust, respect and cooperation among team members
• Accomplishing the outlet human resource objectives by recruting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining eployees
• Directing, coordinating and overseeing all events taking place at the outlet in cooperation with the outlet Service team
• Preparing and completing action plans
• Being responsible for maximize the outlet profitability by upselling and monitoring accuracy of charges
• Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes
• Maintaining ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, linen service, glassware, dinnerware, and utensil quality and placement; monitoring food presentation and service
• Planing menus by consulting with chefs
• Checking stock levels and order supplies
• Ensuring that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized all the times

Requirements:
• Prior experience in Fine Dining or Speciality Restaurants in Five Star Hotels or Upmarket Restaurants
• A degree in Hospitailty /Humanities or relevant subject area
• 6 years of experience in Hospitality or relevant position
• Knowledge of English at a good level
• Previous exposure in a multicultural work environment
• Formal training in F&B Service/ Hotel or Restaurant Management
• A proven track record corroborated by service certificates
• Good references
• Excellent inter-personal skills as well as communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to work and learn
