For our Top Client Qatar Museums Authority from Qatar who is administrator of high class restaurants and hotels (5 stars) we are looking for experienced candidates focused on perfect customer service and having the involvement for the position in Food& Beverage area:

Floor Manager

Localization: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 6 570 QAR (1 PLN= 1,20 QAR)

Responsibilities:
• Offering a high level of service to customers, making all their visits enjoyable
• Meeting, greeting, seating customers at the restaurant, taking orders, serving food and beverages and clearing tables
• Interviewing and selecting floor staff
• Organizing and implementing the training of floor staff
• Organizing the performance review of all floor staff every 6 months
• Ensuring staffing costs in accordance with guidelines
• Supervising the floor staff to ensure all tasks carried out correctly and according to standard
• Supervising the taking, setting up and confirmation of bookings
• Promoting the restaurant to potential clients
• Handling complaints according to guidelines and so that it leaves customers satisfied and impressed
• Supporting the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen
• Communicating with the Business Owner regarding problems or changes needed with service
• Balancing the register at the end of the shift ensuring a high level of accuracy and correctness
• Ensuring Responsible Service of Alcohol policies are implemented
• Maintaining hygienic food handling practices and cleanliness of all waiting and bar staff
• Maintaining and reporting on bar stock levels and security

Requirements:
• Prior experience in fine dining or speciality restaurants in Five Star Hotels or upmarket restaurants
• Four years of experience at the same designation;
• Knowledge of English at a good level
• Previous exposure in a multicultural work environment;
• Formal training in Food and Beverages Service;
• Proven track record corroborated by service certificates;
• Excellent references;
• Excellent inter-personal skills as well as communication skills;
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to work and learn

• Employment on the basis of one year contract by government entity, possibility of extending the period of cooperation
