Tourism Ireland is a company established under the Good Friday Agreement to conduct overseas marketing for the Island of Ireland.

Under the terms of the current agreement, this contract is due to expire in June 2012. In compliance with Tourism Ireland procurement policy this contract is now being re-tendered.  Tourism Ireland is a public body subject to current public procurement legislation

Tourism Ireland seeks to appoint a General Sales Agent in Poland to provide the following services:-

Planning and implementation of an integrated publicity and marketing campaign raising the general awareness of Ireland within Poland as a desirable holiday destination and highlight key special interest holidays.

Collaboration with the Polish travel trade and carriers increasing the availability/accessibility of Ireland.

Identification, planning and co-ordination of cost-effective trade, consumer and partnership promotions

Provide market intelligence on the Polish outbound market

Administration of the Tourism Ireland account
