Flight Coordinator
Are you a detail-oriented and administrative star with experience from the airline or travel industry? You will be part of a fantastic team at our modern office in the city center of Warsaw, working for a Swedish travel company that has been creating unforgettable travel experiences since 1975.

About the role
As a Flight Coordinator, you will work with both group and individual flight bookings and handle basic reconciliation (recon) tasks. You will follow established routines and manuals to manage bookings, reissues, and schedule changes.
The role requires the ability to work efficiently within defined processes, while also knowing when a case needs to be escalated to a senior colleague.

Your main responsibilities include:
Handling name reporting, individual reissues, and group bookings according to standard procedures
Interpreting airline rules and conditions and translating them into clear information for internal departments
Working closely with the team to ensure that all flight-related information is accurate and up to date
Identifying when a case becomes too complex for your level of responsibility and escalating it to a senior colleague
Providing basic support to junior team members and helping them navigate simpler flight-related matters

About you
You are structured, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize quickly while managing multiple tasks at the same time. Accuracy and precision come naturally to you, and you enjoy working in a methodical way.
You are an expert or have strong experience in airline rules, procedures, and industry booking systems such as Amadeus. Experience with group travel is considered a strong advantage.

You have:
At least 2-3 years of experience within the travel and/or airline industry
A solid understanding of airline rules, conditions, and basic group handling
Experience working in booking systems such as Amadeus; experience with TravelFusion and NDC group handling is a merit
Strong communication skills and the ability to support colleagues in the production team with high accuracy and a service-minded approach
Fluency in English, spoken and written
