FRAUD ANALYST with GERMAN

Main responsibilities:
• Working with the team to prevent fraud bookings
• Monitoring fraud screening application system
• Contact with banks and cardholders to conduct research to validate purchases
• Voiding and refunding transactions identified as fraud
• Conducting follow-up research on fraud charge backs
• Adherence to all company policies & procedures.
Candidate profile:
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in German or French
• Good command of the English language
• At least 12 months work experience in an international environment
• College degree
• Inquisitive nature and enjoy doing research and investigative type of work
• Possess strong decision making ability and self disciplined
• Professional and courteous phone manner
• Knowledge of MS Office and a familiarity with the Internet
• Willingness to work on shifts (considering weekends).
