Provide support to clients in travel industry sector (via telephone, e-mail, chat)
Handle all enquiries from easyJet Customers via Facebook and Twitter
Respond to queries sent directly by Client
Notify customers of any changes in their journey
Cooperation with customers with special needs during travel
Work with colleagues to ensure Clients expectations are meet
Candidate profile:
Excellent written and oral skills in German or Italian
Good command of the English language
Excellent customer care and proactive attitude
Confident, flexible and results oriented approach,
Be positive, enthusiastic and proactive outlook,
Willingness to work on shifts
