FRAUD ANALYST with GERMAN

Main responsibilities:
 Working with the team to prevent fraud bookings
 Monitoring fraud screening application system
 Contact with banks and cardholders to conduct research to validate purchases
 Voiding and refunding transactions identified as fraud
 Conducting follow-up research on fraud charge backs
 Adherence to all company policies & procedures.
Candidate profile:
 Excellent communication skills and fluency in German or French
 Good command of the English language
 At least 12 months work experience in an international environment
 College degree
 Inquisitive nature and enjoy doing research and investigative type of work
 Possess strong decision making ability and self disciplined
 Professional and courteous phone manner
 Knowledge of MS Office and a familiarity with the Internet
 Willingness to work on shifts (considering weekends).
