As a global company connected with tourism industry for our office located in Lodz, we are looking for Accounts Assistant -Payable.
Main function of job:
Ensure the efficient management of the company’s supplier payment process. Manage and monitor trade invoices and payments to meet suppliers’ deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Receive, verify and enter trade invoices into the accounting system.
• Reconcile suppliers’ accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to suppliers’ enquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update suppliers’ information.
• Prepare and advise payments as per credit agreement.
• Coordinate with banking team to ensure payments made on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
• 2 years Work Experience in a Finance Department
• Basic understanding of Accountancy
• Good English skills (verbal and written)
