Tuscany Forever Residence is a beautifully constructed boutique Resort with tens of high standard apartments and villas. Currently, the dynamically growing business is facing the next stage of its further development. We have decided to extend our team by the next, ambitious, self-motivated person, open for a new professional
challenge. We are looking for: FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

The Front Office Manager is the face of the Tuscany Forever Residence and she/he is
expected to meet the following high requirements:
Customer orientation; in direct relation or via internet she/he always is focused on
customer satisfaction which is the biggest company asset,

Administration skills; customer registration, booking processing, planning of sub-
contractors activity and reporting,

Booking management; a permanent focus on timely and accurately answers of
customers enquiries,
Dealing with customer complaints or problems
Excellent communication with prospects, sub-contractors and team members,
Supervising team members on their daily tasks
Check-in check out procedures,
Events support,
Payments control,
Taking care of apartments outlook, equipment and a general cleanness.
Profile:
An ideal candidate is an open minded, constructively thinking person ready to face new
challenges.
Expected competences:
Fluent Italian and English is a must,
Microsoft Outlook proficiency
At least 2 year experience on a similar position,
Very good communication skills
Positive thinking,
Familiarity with social media will be an asset
High discipline and accuracy at work,
Open to work in Italy 6 to 7 months in a year
(April-October)
