Profile

- Ability to co-opt with hotel operations requirement
- Ability to lead, train, coach and animate the Hotel team with efficient leadership
- Ability to operate proactively
- Has a personal commitment to hospitality, customer service & quality
- has highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills
- Business oriented to be combined with an excellent knowledge of Rooms Management and good understanding of Food & Beverage.
- Is committed to target achievement
- Has a former related management experience abroad or international hotel brand in Poland with proven achievements
- Fluency in English
- Autonomous enough

Mission

- To coordinate and organize guest services on a daily basis, alongside the General Manager.
- To continue to develop the motivation, the effectiveness and cohesion of the team
- To analyze and optimize the hotel profitability
- To implement the product and marketing strategies as per the Brand recommendations
- To overtake General Manager’s duties during his absences
- Ensure all Brand procedures are met
- To embrace and drive the development of Customer Service
- To maintain the overall condition of the hotel building and FF&E
- To promote the hotel’s image within the local area
