Location: Cracow

Your duties:
answering inbound calls and chat requests from customers and suppliers
supporting clients in multiple cases
solving appearing issues
ensuring a high standard of customer service

If you:
speak English and German fluently
you have previous CS experience
you have travel background and knowledge of GDS, CRS or another booking systems - it will be an asset
present customer friendly attitude
like working with people
are creative, innovative, and are passionate about what you do
