Objective - Responsibilities

In the Front desk you will: *Maintain the front desk and reception area * Handle incoming calls * Produce monthly reports and forecasts for sales and expenses * Manage reservations using the hotel�s operation software called HART * Handling walk in customers and informing guests about possible activities around the island. * Welcome and assist the guests during their stay. * Perform check-in and out procedures, settle hotel and restaurant accounts.
