Job Description

Please be informed that this is a temporary position for 12 months.

Your main responsibilities:

- Responsible for domestic and international flights and hotel arrangements for the whole company with focus on European offices
-Handle day-to-day management of employee s travel schedule, coordinate reservation requests via telephone or e-mail

Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree or a student able to work full time
-Interest in travel and hotel arrangements
-Work experience in reservation desk would be an additional plus
-Very good command of English language
-Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to set priorities
-A can do attitude, able to work under pressure, flexible
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
