Paid Internship in Spain:
Booking Assistant and International Communication

WHERE? Barcelona, Spain
WHEN? Position available from 07.2013, minimum commitement 4 months
HOW MANY HOURS? full time, 40h/week

Real estate company, located in the center of Barcelona. Alternative offer apartments for visitors to Barcelona, as executives, business travelers, companies, doctors and patients all kinds of clients from around the world. Its strategy is based on the client feel as comfortable with at home.

Your tasks:
- Customer service and call
- Ckeck in - check out
- Any type of work required in the Sales / reserves such as introduction of reservations, answering emails, phone support, daily review of reserves, etc.
- Management apartments upload photos of the floors to the web, web positioning.
- Monitoring of the cleaning and maintenance of apartments
- management support
- Information, counseling and customer support ? Good level of English, spoken and written.
- Translation of the Spanish website to your language: German, French, Russian

We are looking for:
- Studies: Commerce, Marketing, Business or similar
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish , Russian, German, French would be a plus

? Remuneration: 450€/month
