ICP Poland Concept is a DMC department of ICP Group SA (destination management company) which key role is to organise and attract international projects such as events, incentives, conferences, product launches and exhibitions into Poland as a rising MICE destination. ICP Poland Concept has successfully organised various key MICE events in Poland over the past few years for customers from such countries as the UK, Germany, Italy, Finland, The Netherlands, Croatia and India . The DMC has handled large scale events such as EBOR Forum 2014, Congress of Polish Education 2015 as well as Womex The World Music EXPO 2017 (winner of MP Power Award 2017). ICP Poland Concept is certified by the Polish Tourist Organisation as the recommended DMC and PCO.

Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our fast developing DMC. Do you want to be part of a young and motivated team, working on international events in Poland? Are you a team player, with strong communication skills and a great organisational talent? If you can answer all above questions with yes" - we are looking for you!
As a dedicated DMC Project Manager you will be managing all client and partner related communication. Your role will be to develop unforgettable event ideas, support our clients in implementation of their own event concepts and supervise the work flow between clients and our suppliers.

Your tasks:
-handling requests, developing events concept, project management, site inspections, product development, suppliers management
-creating and controlling the project s budget
-sales work, acquiring new clients
-represent the DMC department on sales missions internationally (MICE forums, sales visits, exhibitions etc)
-maintain the highest standard of services offered to international clients - execution of quality control , maintaining efficient project management standards
development of MICE products offered to international clients

Your qualifications:
-university degree, preferably in management, tourism, marketing and communications
-international professional experience is a plus
-at least 2 years experience in working with international clients
-experience in project management
-excellent command of verbal and written English and Polish, other foreign languages (preferably another European language such as German, French or Spanish) is an advantage
-open, to do" and cosmopolitan attitude towards clients and team members
-ability to work under time pressure, to prioritise and organise work
-ability to travel abroad as well as in Poland
-atrong problem-solving, leadership and management skills are essential
-ability to work flexible hours
