For our Top Client Qatar Museums Authority from Qatar who is administrator of high class restaurants and hotels (5 stars) we are looking for experienced candidates focused on perfect customer service and having the involvement for the position in Food& Beverage area:

Hostesse

Localization: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 3 285 QAR (1 PLN= 1,20 QAR)

Responsibilities:
• Creating a harmonious environment amongst all staff within the outlet
• Inspecting the cleanliness of each section of the outlet and making necessary improvements as well as checking each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set
• Developing a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and unavailable items for the day
• Setting up the hostess desk, reviewing the reservations and making a reservation floor chart;
• Observing and anticipating guests' needs;
• Communicating actively with the guest in the outlet in order to obtain feedback, as well as to generate revenue by recommendation;
• Handling guests’ special requests and complaints according to the company's guidelines in order to exceed customers’ expectations;
• Attending communication meetings, briefings and training sessions as required by the Restaurant Manager, TrainingManager and Food and Beverage Manager.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in fine dining or speciality restaurants in 5 star hotels or upmarket restaurants
• One years of experience at the same designation as Hostess or Guest Relations Officer
• Knowledge of English at a good level
• Previous exposure in a multicultural work environment
• Previous exposure to Food and Beverages Service
• Proven track record corroborated by service certificates
• Excellent references
• Excellent inter-personal skills as well as communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to work and learn
