For our Top Client Qatar Museums Authority from Qatar who is administrator of high class restaurants and hotels (5 stars) we are looking for experienced candidates focused on perfect customer service and having the involvement for the position in Food& Beverage area:

Waiter/Waitress

Localization: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 2 555 QAR (1 PLN = 1,20 QAR)

Responsibilities:
• Being resposnible for meet, greet, seat and farewell customers at the restaurant/ kiosk
• Presenting menus and answer question about menu items, makes recommendations upon request
• Taking care about orders, serving and clearing tables with food and beverages
• Assisting with the taking, setting-up and confirmation of bookings
• Assisting with the training of floor staff according to restaurant training guideline
• Handling complaints according to guidelines and in a way that leaves customers satisfied and impressed
• Promoting the restaurant and function services to potential clients
• Monitoring consistently quality o food & beverage being served
• Communicating with the Restaurant Supervisor regarding any changes or problems with service
• Being co-responsible for the correct handling of all food stock, as well as equipment in outlet
• Operating the cash register to ensure a high level of accuracy and correctness Ensure the safety of other staff and patrons during service and after leaving
• Maintaining hygienic food handling practices and cleanliness
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and restaurant area
• Maintaining and report on bar stock levels and security as directed
• Being responsible for carry out any other duties as advised from time to time
Requirements:
• Prior experience in fine dining or speciality restaurants in 5 star hotels or upmarket restaurants and/ or Bars
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as waiter/ waitress
• Knowledge of English at a good level
• Proven track record corroborated by service certificates
• Excellent references;
• Excellent inter-personal skills as well as communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to work and learn
