MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

The role includes receiving, reviewing and investigating complaints from our customers and travel partners. You will be responsible for reviewing fairly the issue highlighted to us, and take appropriate steps to investigate with our suppliers to ensure we understand the bigger picture. The Customer Relations team work as advocates for our brand, ensuring that we are fair in our analysis of the complaint and in our response back to the client, including confirmation of compensation. You respond to clients both in writing and verbally, depending on the nature and complexity of the issue. You will pay a part in working with our supply team to ensure that the properties we sell are to the right standard, and feedback with any concerns such as discrepancies in content or images.

MAIN DUTIES:

* Log any incoming contact from clients into our CRM system to ensure the complaint is captured.

* Chase supplies who do not respond in a timely manner, causing a delay to our processes.

* Investigate the issues raised with the applicable suppliers, including challenging them if the response is not good enough/detailed enough.

* Work as a brand advocate, understanding and empathising with clients whilst being fair in the analysis of the issue.

* Respond back to the client to confirm the outcome of our investigation and confirm if as a result we agree or disagree to any financial compensation.

* Advising suppliers of reclaim notifications, including in situations where they disagree with our outcome.

* Logging and recording all financial information to ensure that refunds and reclaims are processed accurately, ensure any financial risk to company is mitigated.

* Liaising with internal departments to support system development and information improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:* Excellent customer service skills.

* Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

* Ability to prioritise tasks and workload efficiently.

* Good analytical skills to review and understand the complaint fairly.
