Main responsibilities:
• Provide support to clients in travel industry sector (via telephone, e-mail, chat)
• Handle all enquiries from easyJet Customers via Facebook and Twitter
• Respond to queries sent directly by Client
• Notify customers of any changes in their journey
• Cooperation with customers with special needs during travel
• Work with colleagues to ensure Clients expectations are meet

Candidate profile:
• Excellent written and oral skills in German or French
• Good command of the English language
• Excellent customer care and proactive attitude
• Confident, flexible and results oriented approach,
• Be positive, enthusiastic and proactive outlook,
• Willingness to work on shifts
