As a global company connected with tourism industry for our office located in Lodz, we are looking for Business Customer Service Specialist with one of the languages: German / Italian/ Spanish or French.

Job description:
• Answer inbound customer calls
• Provide support within requested area
• Advice customer on appropriate actions

Requirements:
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of one of the languages: German / Italian / Spanish or French.
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work in a local & global teams
