Turijobs Group wants to continue its international expansion through partnership with local companies or entrepreneurs willing to develop a leading product in the Tourism industry. We have developed our product substantially in the last few years and now not only offer a website for employment in the sector, but also now for training and learning, as well as performing various marketing and selection campaigns for our clients.
Turijobs Group offers all its business know how and the necessary tools to manage a Turijobs site, which has develop during the last 8 years continuously investing on technology and its brand.

We have successfully secured partners in Portugal, Brazil, Mexico and France and as I mentioned we now need to find more partners in more countries who:
• has substantial knowledge of the Tourism and Hospitality market,
• is available to launch and manage Turijobs within the next 6 months,
• has experience in sales and marketing strategies (preferably in the focus sector),
• can come onboard with many existing contacts in the local and surrounding area
• has experience in / owns an online business

The agreement with this partner would be similar to that of a franchise, in that we give the partner rights to operate Turijobs in their country but we stay on board as the general controllers of the systems and operations - the partner´s main responsibility will be sales and marketing in THE LOCAL MARKET.

This is the basic explanation of our format:
The service is an online web portal for employers and job seekers in the Tourism and Hospitality industries.
Jobseekers register their details and CV on our website, so that they can then apply to any of the active jobs we have advertised on the site.
The active jobs come from the employers (our clients) who come to us to publish the job posts that they are looking to fill. This is done in a variety of manners, first by free 2 post trial, then the clients pay offer-per-offer or sign a pack contract for a certain period of time. For example, we work with Hilton Hotels in Spain, Booking.com, Seven Sea Cruises - any time they have available job offers, they publish them via Turijobs.
Apart from this, we also work with a variety of training and learning institutions that have courses to offer in the sector. We publish their course on our website and receive a fee from them for this service, again - this is a service we tailor to the needs of each client.
Finally, we offer a bespoke marketing and advertising service which usually comes to us by client request. In this case, we prepare marketing campaigns for clients who simply wish to attract more traffic to their business. We use OUR space to market THEIR product/service.

Please remember, our key and unique focus is tourism - so any of the above products or services are always related to this sector.

The business model for the franchise is mainly the Turijobs Group model. We provide all the systems solutions and set-up procedures and we also bring all the front-office and back-office technology that is required, therefore enabling the partner to begin work immediately. The partner will assume responsibility for user care, sales and marketing i.e. seeking clients in the host country, communicating with candidates and clients, promoting Turijobs group in local events and networks etc.
