WHEN? Position available all over the year
DURATION: minimum 3 months
HOW MANY HOURS? full time, 40h/week

The tasks are varied:
- Check-in/Check-out
- Inicident Management: Provide solutions for unforgoteen events like late check-out, extensions or early departures
- Interacting in a courteous and professional manner with guests and hotel staff
- Assisting in taking reservations
- Cooperation with Reservations, Public Relations and other departments to coordinate tasks
- Answering questions relating to the hotel, the premises, events and leisure offers in Barcelona
- Complaint management, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times

We are looking for:
 Studies: Tourism, Languages
 Languages: VERY GOOD ENGLISH AND FRENCH
We offer:
 Remuneration: 378€/month + accommodation
