For our Top Client Qatar Museums Authority from Qatar who is administrator of high class restaurants and hotels (5 stars) we are looking for experienced candidates focused on perfect customer service and having the involvement for the position in Food& Beverage area:

Project Manager

Localization: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 10 950 QAR (1 PLN= 1,20 QAR)

Responsibilities:
• Leading capable of bringing all the PMO work streams together in a coherent and transparent manner that is in tandem with the wider transformation project of the QMA
• Ensuring that the wider policies, practices and processes of the QMA are followed in the delivery of the project
• managing the relationship between the Capital Projects Department, third parties and the entire QMA
• Managing and tracking of the project
• Managing of the content budget
• Acting as a point of contact between the Hospitality Development Team and other QMA Departments
• Taking charge in negotiating with Architects and other 3rd parties on all financial, design and other issues pertaining to current projects, in tandem with Capital Projects to ensure the QMA’s requirements are met
• Developing in house Project Management procedure to comply with Contract requirements
• Generating cost or time impact and present the Project Management’s assessment.
• Investigating any problem related to the Scope of Services and recommend solutions to Stakeholders.
• Monitoring performance to assure successful delivery of the Key Performance Indicators and stakeholder’s requirements
• Team Leadership to the Project Management staff in assessing variations and claims and report the technical position of the proposed variation
• Aligning content with stakeholders discussions and decisions
• Communicating with the stakeholders continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concerns
• Attending Executive meetings and progress meetings.
• Advising the stakeholders representative on any potential variation to the Design/Supervision Consultant and Contractor’s scope of work that may arise
• Advising the Client of any foreseen slippage of progress and propose corrective actions.
• Identifying priorities and tasks and develop the organization structure to assure execution of tasks, by providing clear direction on methods, time frame and schedule to achieve the stated goals.
• Reviewing weekly and monthly reports as presented by Design/Supervision Consultant(s) and Contractor and present to the Client comments of non-compliance, and/or area of concern and corrective actions.
• Coordinating with Design Manager during the detailed Design stage of the Project to ensure Design Compliance to avoid any cost impact and ensure Design deliverables are submitted by the Design Consultant in a timely manner and as per project progress milestones.
• Maintaining good relations with a QMA Departments

Requirements:
• Experience in managing Food and Beverage/Hospitality Project Openings
• Internationally exposure and preferably in the Middle East and GCC.
• Experience in design
• Good command of the English
• Strong business knowledge/background
• Experience in a similar role
• Design Experience
• Previous exposure in a multicultural work environment;
• Proven track record corroborated by service certificates;
• Excellent references;
• Excellent inter-personal skills as well as communication skills;
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to work and learn
