About the company:
Hotel located in the dynamic Century City complex in Southern Chengdu. In addition to the hotel, the complex also features the New Chengdu International Exhibition & Convention Center and an excellent shopping street.
There are 555 well-appointed guest rooms, including Club International Suites and grand Presidential Mansion. InterContinental specializes in paring ideal meeting venues with impeccable service, the Century City International Convention Center offers a wide variety of exclusive venues for meetings, conferences and private functions. The hotel also features 6 food & beverage outlets, including all day dinging Café, Italian Restaurant, French Restaurant, Lobby lounge and Tea lounge, etc.
Location: Walking distance to Century City Metro Station. It’s convenient 20 mint drive from CJhengdu International Airport.
Responsabilities:
Welcoming customers in hotel area and service area
Meeting and communicating with customers to collect customer comments and promote the hotel services
Customer care
Handling guest inquiries and complains
We are looking for:
Studies: Tourism, Languages, Business
Languages: VERY GOOD ENGLISH + Other European Language appreciated

Hotel offers:
