Responsibilities:

 Answering calls and emails from business clients on a daily basis,
 Customer service - individuals and groups,
 Offering expert advice in all aspects of travel,
 Sourcing the best and most effective routes,
 Booking all flights, rail and hotel products,
 Coordination of travels, conferences, trainings,
 Transactions,
 Preparing calculations, proposals and reports.

Requirements:

 Higher level of education
 2 years experience in Business Travel
 English skills
 knowledge of Microsoft Office products,
 Excellent customer service & communication skills
 Good organization skills
 Driving license
